Started designing bottles and tooling with MasterCam Software. Oversaw the full R&D along with the full production and programming of our CNC Lathe operations.
1997
We opened up a couple of manufacturing factories to insure a continuous supply products and services for our clients.

2000
CHIA MING MACHINERY’s factory was upgraded with complete sets of PET blow molds and PET preform injection molds. Our company participated in the Taipei International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition (Taipei PLAS in 2000) and won a top award The Golden Molding Award. We continue to supply Taiwan’s HON CHUAN INTERNATIONAL GROUP with tooling manufacturing, factory maintenance, tooling designs and modifications, R&D specialized bottles with unique functions and well as many other services.
Provisions of Services
- R&D bottles and performance testing of various types of bottles. (eg. Water bottles, oil bottles, pneumatic bottles, handgrip oil bottles, grooved oil bottles with no handle, and unique specialized bottles.)
- Designing and manufacturing various types of blow molds and tooling. (eg. Turntable molds, straight line single port molds, multi-port molds and one step injection stretch blowing port molds.
- As the production line changes, we pivot and redesign all parts and replacement for manufacturing line.
- Consultation on all production and operational needs.
